“The two most important days in your life are the day you are born and the day you find out why.”

—Mark Twain.

What: Please join us for a discussion on how purpose and meaning play a role in the choices and outcomes of our careers.

Sometimes, it is hard to visualize meaning and purpose as something that can co-exist with our overly full, fast-moving, stressful lives.  However, research shows that not only do humans need it for our well-being, but we are natural meaning-makers.  We are good at creating and finding meaning!

This session is designed to explore this topic in a conversational way with women from a variety of backgrounds in hopes of sparking recognition in our own lives.  Ideally, seeing how others are connecting with meaning in their own lives, will help each of us find unique insights based on wherever we are on our personal journey with this topic.

Cost:  FREE to attend!  (or whatever the cost is, member/non-member)

Who:  We will be featuring several local, female leaders including Patricia Brown, CEO of the Thinkery, and Lorraine Brown, Head of Operations for Red Velvet Events.
