Managing a business and managing one’s own career have more similarities than we might imagine.  In each case, we need to be thoughtful about our customers; about continuing to expand on the value that we deliver; about differentiating ourselves from the competition; and about the brand that we are communicating to the world.

In this speech, Tracy Wilk will focus specifically on seminal events, trends and breakthrough strategies that helped to boost the fortunes of some of the most successful players in the payments industry over the last 50 years.  He’ll then call out the lessons for managing our own careers that we can draw from each of these events.

This speech will last approximately 35 minutes.

It will be followed by a panel session on building your career in a changing environment and shaping the future of global branded payments featuring our keynote speaker and Blackhawk executives, and moderated by JeanAnn Nichols. Audience participation is encouraged!

Appetizers and drinks will be provided.
