Marie-Claude co-leads McKinsey’s Payments Practice for North America, and serves clients in Financial Services, Technology and Retailon a broad range of topics, including strategy, marketing, customer experience, and risk management.


Jess Turner, MasterCard

Jessica Turner is executive vice president, Product and Innovation, North America at Mastercard. In her role, Jess leads strategy, design, development and commercialization of both digital and card products. She is also responsible for Mastercard’s inclusive growth strategy in the region, which is focused on leveraging Mastercard technology and expertise to address the challenges of the digital economy, such as financial security, economic development and the changing nature of work. She also manages the company’s key issuers globally, leading a product team to collaborate with them to advance digital solutions and payments. Jess is a champion for women in technology inside the organization and within the industry. Both at work and in her free time, she enjoys mentoring, sharing real-life lessons and career strategies with women in the technology space.

Kathy Myhand, ControlScan

Kathy is the Vice President of Human Resources for ControlScan, Inc.  Kathy is responsible for recruiting, hiring and on-boarding, payroll, compensation and benefits, employee relations and development, performance management, recognition and rewards programs, policy and procedure development and implementation, corporate communication and events, compliance and facilities management.

Kathy has more than 25 years of Human Resources experience working with organizations in the Telecommunications, Industrial Supply, Banking, Payments and Transaction Processing and Accounts Receivable, Revenue Cycle and Customer Care Management space.  Kathy earned her Bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.  Kathy has been an active member of Wnet, participating on the Wnet Atlanta Chapter Planning Committee and serving as one of the Wnet Corporate Champions for ControlScan. 




Stephanie Hayman, Global Payments Integrated

Stephanie is a traditional and digital marketer with 8+ years of corporate and agency experience in B2B and B2C realms.  For the past year and a half, she has worked at TSYS (now Global Payments Integrated) as Marketing Manager for the ISV Channel.  She earned an MBA in Marketing from Stony Brook University in December 2018.
