Serena Smith is the Executive of Financial Services at RealPage, a leading global provider of software and data analytics to the real estate industry.
Most recently, Serena was the EVP, Head of Global Treasury Management and Payment Strategy at Texas Capital Bank. She spent the bulk of the last 17 years in various roles at FIS Global, including positions in the International Payments, Retail Payments, EFT Solutions, and Imaging/Lockbox solutions.
Throughout her career, Smith has played key roles in P&L management, product development, sales, operations and service delivery. She has been honored for her contributions to the payments sector, including the 2019 Women in Payments USA award, 2018 American Business Maverick of the Year award, 2017 Women in Payments USA Management Team of the Year award and others.
She has also been honored with various awards for her contributions to the payments sector and is actively involved in various community organizations.
Maribel Davis is a VP of Sales at Nexgo (ExaDigm) having begun with the company in July 2009. She has been in the industry for over 20 (+) years and has seen the evolution of the payment processing over the past years. Prior to joining Nexgo, Maribel’s industry experience began with First USA/Chase Paymentech from ’91 through ’98. During her voyage at Chase Paymentech, she achieved "Employee of the Month" at least 9 times. In ’98, Maribel decided to depart from Chase Paymentech and move on to an ISO, Martin Howe Associates where she was hired as the Operations Manager. In 2000, Maribel left Martin Howe and was hired as Regional Sales Director for US Wireless Data / Transaction Network Services (TNS), where her responsibilities included managing relationships with over 350 Synapse Customers by serving as primary liaison for all day-to-day issues and participating in overall product strategy; research and development requirements for new and emerging products; and creating new revenue in the POS Division.
At Nexgo, Maribel has learned technology and maintaining continuous understanding of Nexgo services; managed large direct accounts with 40% sales increase in under a year; led the Sales Team on new product launches (Wireless Value Bundle Program); and performed extensive competitive analysis to identify rival strategies which resulted in sustained sales growth and increased market share for the Nexgo Wireless business. Handling US, Mexico, Latin America, the Caribbean and other geographic locations for Nexgo, Maribel is bilingual and works with ISOs, merchants and restaurants creating Payment Solutions which involve countertop, smart payment devices and wireless solutions. Maribel has a dynamic "Sales," "Operations" and "Product Development" career reflecting pioneering experience in the Credit Card Industry for over 29 years. She has worked with various front-end processors: Chase Paymentech, FDR, TSYS, Global Payments, EVO and Elavon. Maribel has excellent working knowledge of various payment processing systems and terminal and point of sale solutions and has remained on the cutting-edge, driving new products to meet the needs of growing business volume and high-end accounts. She is exceptionally well organized with a track record that demonstrates self-motivation, creativity and initiative to achieve personal and professional goals.

Dana is a serial networker and connector of people– this is how she accidentally fell into the payments industry fresh out of college, and the serendipity has continued ever since. Dana is pleased to have helped PMT Services, Inc. grow organically to go public during her tenure. As the 5th hire in the credit division in a company of approximately 55 employees, she helped Lynk (RBS Lynk/RBS WorldPay, WorldPay) expand from a private company through two acquisitions over a 16-year period. While there, she earned Lynk’s first Employee of the Year Award for greatest fiscal contribution among approximately 500 employees with the national release of sales management software. She developed training, product management and business development while at MainStream, handing opportunity after opportunity off to talented team members that she networked into the organization. Dana is actively sharing the value of how easy it is and how valuable it is for ISVs, Acquirers and other entities to become a Payment Facilitator at VyaPay. She also chairs the Atlanta Wnet Chapter and welcomes any opportunity to meet and help our growing team of current and future industry leaders.
